Who we are
Ink My Wall is a wall printing service based in Chelmsford, Essex. For anything about your personal information, contact us at inkmywallessex@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and postcode.
- What you tell us about your wall: home or business, its rough size and what you would like printed.
- Any photos or artwork you choose to send us.
How we get it
You give it to us when you fill in our quote form on Facebook or Instagram, or when you contact us directly.
What we use it for
To prepare and send your quote, to talk to you about it, and to arrange a visit or installation if you go ahead. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Our legal basis
We use your details to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about our service.
Who sees it
Quote forms on Facebook and Instagram are run by Meta, which handles the information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless you have become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
